Job Summary:
Relativity Application Engineer has to manage maintenance, additional offerings, and incident resolution within Relativity and supporting systems. This role involves responding to technical issues promptly and managing multiple tasks effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and prioritize ServiceNow tickets, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Manage Relativity instances, including licensing, resource pools, and server settings.
- Provide technical support to internal and external teams.
- Join Critical Incident Response Team for troubleshooting.
- Conduct team discussions for challenging projects.
- Support project teams with Relativity application issues.
- Coordinate with local and international teams, facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Update skills regularly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Current Relativity Certified Administrator.
- Proficiency in Relativity configuration and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3+ years of eDiscovery or Application Support experience.
- Knowledge of EDRM model.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to deliver training and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outside standard hours when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relativity Expert or Master certification preferred.
