In parallel, through IOI Partners, we are expanding our publishing efforts, working with visionary external developers to bring immersive, original experiences to life.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, Production, Engineering, and Publishing to ensure smooth and timely delivery of game updates, patches, and full releases.
  • Guide and execute the submission process across multiple platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, etc.), ensuring compliance with TRC/XR and other certification requirements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with First Party platform representatives, maintaining daily operational communication and ensuring alignment with their backend systems and requirements.

  • You’re hands-on with configuration management and build tools (e.g., Perforce, Git, SubVersion, TeamCity).
  • You’re familiar with First Party backend tools and store operations, and have a solid grasp of submission processes for Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam, and others.
  • You’re highly organised, a natural communicator, and thrive in a role that bridges technical detail with process coordination.
  • Experience working with or supporting external development teams is a plus.
