We are looking for an experienced Release QA to join the team of our flagship project Hero Wars: Dominion Era (WEB version). 

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the release process: full support of releases from start to finish.
• Troubleshooting: quickly engaging in the process to resolve arising issues.
• Working with logs and metrics: analyzing dashboards to assess the status of releases.
• Incident management: managing incidents, including their analysis and resolution.
• Monitoring releases: managing the release schedule, overseeing the team, and intervening as necessary.
• Release review: checking the quality and completeness of all release artifacts.
• Documentation and metrics: maintaining documentation, creating charts, and analyzing metrics.
• Feature testing: participating in smoke testing of new features before release.

We hope that you have

• QA experience: 3-5 years in quality assurance.
• Experience in managing release processes.
• Initiative: ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Incident management: experience interacting with support and receiving feedback from end users.
• Interest in game development: a desire to grow in this fie
