Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Level 1)

Nielsen seeks a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Level 1) in Mexico City to conduct basic phone calls (using a dialer) to panelists, respondents, and customers across the US. Responsibilities include scheduling support, data collection, basic troubleshooting, action reminders, and inbound services. The goal is to engage homes and motivate responses. This role requires meeting high productivity, performance, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), have customer service experience, and possess strong communication and multitasking skills. A home office with high-speed internet (80mbps download, 10mbps upload) is required, along with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. In-person orientation in Mexico City is mandatory.
