Researcher IV - Consumer Insights

We’re looking to hire a Researcher IV – Consumer Insights for a global e-commerce company. Join a dynamic and data-driven team that values innovation, collaboration, and consumer-centric research.

You’ll join the Global Consumer Insights team to lead strategic research initiatives, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies to provide actionable insights for financial services and cross-functional teams. This is a 3-month contract opportunity. The role is located remotely within the United States.

Researcher IV – Consumer Insights Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Financial Services, Research Ops, and other cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic research.
• Develop research briefs, select methodologies, design questionnaires, and manage execution.
• Partner with external research firms for qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Translate data into reports using Microsoft Suite and Google Docs.
• Leverage AI tools for interviews, focus groups, and other research methods.
• Work with buyer and seller teams, particularly in seller payment and customer satisfaction research.
• Recommend innovative research methodologies and tools to improve insights.

Researcher IV – Consumer Insights Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience with financial services, fintech, or e-commerce industries preferred.
• Ability to design research studies, develop sampling plans, and conduct analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into compelling insights.
• Experience managing third-party research agencies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
