Additionally, the Resource Manager will ensure deliverables meet quality standards, conduct final reviews, address issues, and identify potential risks.

Ledger Bennett is now looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join our team.

In this role you would be responsible for:

The Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of projects within our full-service B2B agency. Your primary goal is driving efficient project delivery and acting as the central point of coordination between different departments, ensuring effective communication and project management.

Our ideal candidate has experience in:

Project Coordination:

  • Manage the prioritisation, scheduling and progress of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate between agency departments (creative, content, account management, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery whilst driving revenue recognition.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines and deliverables they are responsible for.
  • Receive new briefs from the client services teams and producers and work collaboratively with them to estimate required resource requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring Monday.com is used to track project delivery & costs versus scopes.
  • Ensure reporting & tracking of client scopes & team capacity tracking are produced weekly.
  • Support the creation Statements of Work and burn down analysis versus those scopes.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources based on project requirements and availability, ensuring the most appropriate resources are allocated.
  • Identify potential resource constraints and proactively work to resolve them.
  • Ensure timesheets are completed in Timely.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of team members’ workloads and skills.
  • Coordinating all freelance bookings: supplying information to Finance for approvals.  

Communication:

  • Facilitate regular resource meetings and ensure clear, concise communication among internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project updates and changes.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on any risks, and/or issues.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct final reviews of projects before they are delivered to Client Services.

Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising processes.
  • Excellent understanding of production processes.
