Job Description

The Retention Manager will work on one of the company's dating app investment products. The role involves generating hypotheses and preparing descriptions, improving the funnel from registration to confirmation and sales, segmenting clients and analyzing client metrics, creating and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing the results. The manager will also be responsible for interacting with various teams, including UX, copywriters, and development, and developing new communication channels. Must have:
  • Experience with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Understanding of CRM and B2C product metrics.
  • Proficiency in Russian at level C1+.
  • English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
Good to have:
  • Experience with SQL would be a plus.

We are looking for a Retention Manager for one of our investment products (dating app).

Your main tasks will be:

    • Generating hypotheses and preparing their descriptions;
    • Improving funnel from registrations to confirmation and sales;
    • Segmentation of clients and analysis of client metrics;
    • Creating and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains;
    • Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results;
    • Interacting with UX, copywriters, development, data analysts teams;
    • Development of new communication channels.

    We expect from you:

    • Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI-systems;
    • Understanding the main CRM metrics and business metrics of the b2c product;
    • Russian level proficiency C1+;
    • English level B2 or higher;
    • Experience with SQL would be a plus.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
