Retoucher (Body Shop)

Performs body repairs, including bodywork, paintless dent repair, and defect touch-ups, ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards. Operates equipment, handles chemicals safely, and maintains an organized work environment. Contributes to continuous improvements, follows environmental and safety regulations, and shares technical knowledge with the team.

Must Have

• Perform bodywork, paintless dent repair, and adjustments on car bodies.
• Ensure inspection, removal of superficial and geometric appearance defects.
• Perform touch-ups of small and large defects.
• Verify inspected and reworked car bodies out of flow.
• Ensure production quality by respecting self-control rules and the Standard Operation Sheet.
• Control handling equipment within the workstation.
• Handle chemical products with personal protective equipment and tools.
• Perform 1st level repairs/maintenance and quality control.
• Propose continuous improvements.
• Responsibly perform tasks inherent to the workstation (sanding and finishing).
• Ensure compliance with Environmental standards at the workplace; Ensure the preservation of company assets.
• Participate in training adopted by the company.
• Respect safety conduct and rules.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Be flexible to work in other positions.
• Share technical competence with other employees.
