NiCE Actimize is seeking an RFP Associate to support sales by preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create compelling content and managing knowledge systems like RFPIO and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include updating knowledge management systems, coordinating with various departments across time zones, and gathering information from subject matter experts to develop effective sales support materials. The company offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Must have:

So, what’s the role all about?

An RFP Associate at NiCE Actimize supports sales by preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, collaborating with stakeholders to develop clear, compelling content. They manage knowledge systems like RFPIO and Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date information. This role requires strong writing, organization, and problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Prepare and deliver responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), and other forms of sales support.
  • Update and administer Knowledge Management Systems, including Wikis, third-party RFP systems (RFPIO), and Salesforce.
  • Coordinate sales, marketing, technical and product stakeholders across multiple time zones and regions to develop RFP content
  • Partner with subject matter experts throughout the company to gather and develop effective statements about company strategies, capabilities, and solutions
  • Assist Pre-Sales and Sales teams in communicating up-to-date information on product offerings, business strategies, and key marketing messages

Have you got what it takes?

  • Excellent business and technical writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate company and product positioning, as well as technical capabilities
  • Proficiency in using content management systems
  • Ability to understand business drivers and customer buying patterns and to tailor documents appropriately
  • Strong document development skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Knowledge Management Systems mentioned above.
  • Highly effective at collaborating with subject matter experts throughout the company to obtain needed information on tight deadlines to complete RFP responses, DDQs, and other forms of sales support.
  • Strong influencing skills: ability to work with colleagues and navigate within different departments, geographies, and time zones
  • Creative problem-solver, excellent professional judgment, ability to anticipate potential obstacles, knows when and how to escalate issues to next level of management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects, and handle deadline pressure
  • Works well in a fast-paced, small-company environment.
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
  • 0 – 2 years relevant job experience.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience/knowledge of AML or Fraud solutions
