Job Description

Rigging Artist responsible for creating facial animation and character rig setup for AAA game titles. Requires extensive experience in character rig and model production within the AAA game industry, proficiency in Maya, BlendShapes, helperJoints, and 3Lateral rigs (MetaHuman). Experience with facial animation production is crucial. Responsibilities include creating photorealistic characters and handling character setups (face, body). Familiarity with scripting (Mel, Python), and motion capture software (Faceware, Dynamixyz) is preferred. The role involves building pipelines and workflows for animation production. Candidates must submit a resume, CV detailing game experience, a showcase reel, and address any access restrictions for submitted files.

WORK DESCRIPTION

  • Creating facial animation and character rig setup

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING

  • Previous work experience in character rig production with at least one AAA title
  • Previous work experience in character model production with at least one AAA title
  • Experience creating photorealistic characters
  • Experience with character setups (face, body) in Maya
  • Experience using BlendShape, helperJoint, etc. to adjust the look of the model
  • Experience using 3Lateral rigs (MetaHuman)
  • Experience in FacialAnimation production

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

  • Experience with rig setup using scripts (Mel, Python)
  • Experience in solving using Faceware, Dynamixyz, etc.
  • Experience building pipelines and workflow for animation production
