Well, what about the team?

Our team is growing and we're looking for a Risk & Fraud Analyst to be play an integral part in continuing to strengthen our team. Our Risk & Fraud team are responsible for detecting, identifying and preventing fraud losses to the business. Our team operates like many others: we verify legitimacy of accounts and play, validate, and review fraudulent activity and assist players and team members with various queries. Our team operates primarily on Eastern time and shifts range between Mon-Fri 07:00-18:00 with every 1 in 5 weekends required.

So, what will you be doing?

• Maintaining and providing outstanding customer service levels with any risk and fraud related items.
• Reviewing alerts detect and prevent fraudulent behavior on accounts.
• Performing account due diligences using appropriate tools in our back offices.
• Reviewing and responding to escalations from Payments, KYC, Customer Support, Compliance and VIP teams.
• Monitoring and reviewing daily reports to identify and mitigate fraud or suspicious activity using various tools.
• Analyzing and reviewing the deposit, withdrawal, gaming and other activity on player’s gaming accounts and request appropriate verification documentation.
• Tracking and recording any account that needs to be reported to the State Authorities and Regulating bodies.
• Identifying fraud patterns and ensure that corresponding leadership team is made aware of including Supervisors, Team Leads and Manager.
• Creating Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) case narratives and appropriate supporting documentation that gets reviewed by Management.
• Reviewing and preparing weekly Compliance Reports that are presented on weekly committee calls.
• Reporting incidents, bugs, and malfunctions within day to day internal and external processes to Supervisors, Team leads and/or Manager.

And what are we looking for? 

• Possess experience in online gambling or the banking industry.
• Have experience with Geocomply, LexisNexis and Sharepoint and Intermediate Excel/MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of risk management, internet industry and online payments mechanisms. 
• Possess ability to work effectively and manage large contact volumes.
• Have meticulous attention to detail and ability to learn quickly from mistakes.
• Be a self motivator with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Be inquisitive and want to investigate individuals/situations. 
• Have exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate experience within industry Risk/Payments/Fraud teams and documents review/verification knowledge is preferred.

Salary Range: $54,000-$60,000 USD
