Job Description

Playtech Managed Services is looking for a multitasking Risk Management & Payments Specialist with great analytical skills.

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
  • Check transactions and generate different reports and analysis.
  • Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc.
  • Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
  • Investigate different fraud patterns.

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

  • Are fluent in English.
  • Have previous experience in the Finance field.
  • Are availability to work on flexible shifts including night shifts.
  • Have knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
  • Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Are a team player with a positive attitude.
