Job Description

Playtech Managed Services seeks a multitasking Risk Management & Payments Specialist (Junior level) with strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include handling online payment cases to prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits, checking transactions and generating reports, handling chargebacks and compromised accounts, communicating with internal/external parties regarding fraud, assisting users with account balances, investigating fraud patterns, and more. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, available for flexible shifts (including nights), has finance experience, and excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Playtech Managed Services is looking for a multitasking Risk Management & Payments Specialist (Junior level) with great analytical skills.

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
  • Check transactions and generate different reports and analysis.
  • Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc.
  • Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
  • Investigate different fraud patterns.

Qualifications

  • Are fluent in English.
  • Are available to work on flexible shifts including night shifts.
  • Have previous experience in the Finance field.
  • Have knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
  • Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Are a team player with a positive attitude.
