Job Description

Aspire is looking for a Risk Ops Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Aspire's financial operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial risk management principles and experience in the fintech industry.

Must have:

Strong understanding of financial risk management principles
Experience in the fintech industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to have:

Experience with risk management software
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in working with international teams
