Iron Mountain is seeking a committed ROI Specialist to join their team in Gainesville, FL. This full-time role primarily involves customer service and data entry related to medical records. Responsibilities include processing information requests, ensuring data accuracy and quality, utilizing various computer systems, and maintaining proactive customer relationships. Must have:
  • Identify status type for information requests and enter pertinent data into tracking applications.
  • Verify accuracy and quality of requests and data entry into Iron Mountain and client systems.
  • Ensure work is performed per federal and state statutes.
  • Utilize various computer systems and maintain procedural consistency.
  • Develop and maintain proactive customer relationships.
  • Maintain telephone contact with customers regarding service for release of information.
  • Answer all routine customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Direct difficult inquiries or complaints to the appropriate person.
  • Contact customers when problems arise in accordance with Iron Mountain policy.

Medical Records Specialist-

Primarily Customer service and Data Entry/Medical Records

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $16.50 per hour

  • Identify the status type for the request for information (walk-in, fax request, pre-payment) and enter pertinent data into the release of information tracking application.
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of each request and data entry the request into both the Iron Mountain and client systems. Ensure that work is performed per federal and state statutes
  • Utilize a variety of computer systems (from the facility and Iron Mountain) and maintain procedural consistency as delineated by the facility and/or Iron Mountain

Develop and maintain proactive customer relationships to ensure the quality of service provided.

  • Maintain telephone contact with customers regarding accurate and timely service for release of information.
  • Answer all routine customer inquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Direct difficult inquiries or complaints to the appropriate person.
  • Contact customers when problems arise, as appropriate and in accordance with Iron Mountain policy
