The ROW Distribution Analyst supports Right of Way Agents by ensuring timely processing of company right-of-way documents. This role involves managing projects, organizing meetings to review documents, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The analyst will update and track workload, providing data to the supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to translate complex issues clearly, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position is a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. The work will involve managing projects, organizing meetings and providing support to the Right of Way Agents.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Performance Management role
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices
  • Skill in using maps, plats, surveys, and drawings
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Job Details

ROW Distribution Analyst Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00 hourly Onsite: Fort Worth, Texas 76102 6-month contract with possibility of extension. Job Description: Supports the Right of Way Agents to ensure Company right of way documents are processed in a timely manner Will need to manage projects as assigned, which could include simultaneous demands for needed data and analysis Organize meetings to review “redlined” documents with business management and legal Supports cross-functional initiatives and/or teams to maximize the efficiency of programs and processes end-to-end Updates and tracks workload in the Right of Way Tracker Provide workload data to Supervisor upon request Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 years of successful performance in a Performance Management role Knowledge of real estate industries practices, procedures and documents Knowledge and skill in the use of maps, plats, surveys and engineering drawings Proven customer service and communication skills Proven team-building and organization skills Skill Requirements: Interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex issues into clear and concise concepts through verbal and written communication and presentation abilities Ability to possess a working knowledge of Client’s operating environment, specifically in regard to the surrounding work groups Beginner to intermediate application skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is desired Ability to learn internal Client computer programs, used for work scheduling and reporting Top Skill Sets: Good customer service skills External customers and internal business units Quick learner with solid computers (Microsoft tools & Proprietary systems) Strong in reporting, can handle themselves in high-volume workload Note:   Daily Work Hours: 7:30 to 4:30; or 8:00 to 5:00; Monday to Friday 1 hour lunch break) Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
