Job Description

Safety Critical Airborne Software Engineer for 6th Gen aircraft, requires ARP4761, ARP4754A, DO254, DO178 knowledge.

Must have:

ARP4761 knowledge
ARP4754A knowledge
DO254 knowledge
DO178 knowledge

Good to have:

Mathworks Matlab
Simulink/Stateflow

About the job

The work consists of systems activities, integration activities and test relating to avionics systems and/or equipment for a sixth generation aircraft.

Main responsibilities:

Process Activities Application of the processes described in the appropriate documentation program at system and subsystem/avionics equipment level, including management of Problem Reports and management of product configuration aspects.

Technology Demonstration Activities (definition and design) Study, definition and design of a Technology Demonstrator in terms of capturing customer requirements, development of models/algorithms, creation and performance evaluation of a product belonging to the “Safety Critical” domain with Distributed Architecture.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of the following Standards: ARP4761, ARP4754A, DO254, DO178

Knowledge of Problem Report and Configuration management in the avionics field.

Ability to use Mathworks Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow and/or Dassault Cameo;

Education: Degree in Electronic or Aerospace Engineer.

Completes profile excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken), teamwork.
