This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. Trust and Safetyチームは、プラットフォームに安心・安全をもたらすために設立されました。私たちは、プラットフォームが保護され、すべてのユーザーに最高の体験を提供できるように努めています。 Responsibilities / 業務内容 Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news. 1. Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or online environment in English or local language. 2. Help to develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products. 3. Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy. 4. Participate/lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with local cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions. 5. Minimum Qualifications / 最低条件 1. This role will be JP based. 2. Bachelor’s degree or above. 3. JP + ENG Proficient in order to communicate with local and global stakeholders 4. At least 1-year training experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company. 1. 東京オフィスでの勤務を想定しています。 2. 4年制大学卒業、またはそれ以上 3. 日本語流暢レベル・英語ビジネスレベル 4. 大手テクノロジー企業またはメディア企業でのtrust and safety部門またはポリシーに関わるトレーニング経験が少なくとも 1 年以上ある人 Preferred Qualifications/歓迎条件 1. A fast learner who has the ability to embrace a fast-paced working environment. 2. Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Any third language will be a plus 4. Being familiar with machine learning and content understanding will be an added advantage. 5.
