Zeeco is seeking a SAGE X3 Consultant to collaborate with business users across India, the Middle East, and global stakeholders to understand processes and objectives. The role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Sage X3 implementation, and designing software solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing Sage X3, developing test plans, executing testing, maintaining documentation, providing training, managing change initiatives, analyzing data for insights, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and prior experience as a Business or Systems Analyst with a focus on Sage X3 implementations.

Must have:

Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with Sage X3.
Strong understanding of business processes and technology.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Sage X3.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration: Configure and customize Sage X3 software applications to precisely align with the business needs of Zeeco India, Zeeco Middle East, and global stakeholders. This includes setting up workflows, defining data structures, establishing user roles, and configuring security settings across regions.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop robust test plans and execute testing procedures to ensure that the Sage X3 software meets functional requirements across all regions. Identify and resolve any defects or issues to ensure a high-quality implementation globally.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices specific to Sage X3 implementations across Zeeco India, Zeeco Middle East, and other global entities. This documentation will serve as a valuable resource for future reference and training.

Training: Provide comprehensive training to end-users and stakeholders across regions to ensure proficient utilization of the Sage X3 software system and its features.

Change Management: Manage and support change initiatives associated with Sage X3 implementations across Zeeco India, Zeeco Middle East, and global entities. Assist users in adapting to new processes and systems effectively.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to derive insights from system data across regions and contribute to informed decision-making and process improvements globally.

Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot any issues reported by users across regions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions to business operations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in Sage X3 implementation globally. Recommend and implement process and system improvements across Zeeco India, Zeeco Middle East, and other global entities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness continuously.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Previous experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar, with a focus on Sage X3 implementation across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of business processes and technology, particularly in the context of Sage X3 implementations in diverse geographic regions.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Sage X3 software applications to meet specific business requirements globally.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across regions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different cultural backgrounds.
Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment spanning multiple regions.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Sage X3, Agile) would be advantageous.
