As a Sales Account Manager - Team Lead at Paytm's Nearbuy, you'll be responsible for increasing sales to merchants across multiple locations. This involves managing high-volume clients, maintaining strong client relationships across various categories (FNB, SNM, BNS), advising on market issues, and offering solutions. Daily client calls and meetings are crucial, along with updating clients on company news and sales schemes. You will focus on increasing client GMV contribution and managing sales administration. Responsibilities include operational performance reporting, process streamlining, advising senior management, developing business plans, and handling clients through the Inside Sales Management function. Collaboration with marketing, partner success, operations, and senior management is key to providing excellent client support. You'll also onboard key accounts and ensure end-to-end process adherence, representing Nearbuy effectively in the market.

About the team: Nearbuy is one of Paytm‘s business tool to help merchant grow and manage their business through simplicity and data driven technology.

About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.   

Expectations/ Requirements :

1. Ability to manage effectively high volume contributing clients on the field and being able to generate
consistent business throughout clients’ journey with nearbuy
2. Maintaining a strong relationship with nearbuy clients of different categories (FNB, SNM and BNS), advising them on market issues, and offering solutions on the same.
3. Make daily calls and meetings with clients and update them about companies & new sales schemes, ads.
4. Reach out to clients and increase their GMV contribution
5. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and
systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and
creating an environment where partner service can flourish.
6. Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s
presence and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence.
7. Should be able to handle clients on the field through the Inside Sales Management function
8. Coordinates activities with Marketing, Partner Success team, Operations Team, and Senior Level Manager, and provide the best support to the client.
9. Onboarding key accounts for the company and ensuring end-to-end process adherence.
10. Being the face of Nearbuy in the market and standing up for the values we believe in.

2. Good working knowledge and 1-2 experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels
3. Confident, Pleasing, and a go-getter personality

7. Analytical, good Excel skills.
8. Comfortable with cold calling.

10. Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence change to increase the effectiveness and success of campaigns.
11. Creativity & Initiative: Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
