Job Description

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the timely and correct administrative processing of orders, supporting the Sales department in serving (potential) customers. Responsibilities include entering order data, preparing and sending order confirmations, managing orders and monitoring delivery times, maintaining contact with suppliers regarding required documentation, coordinating ITTQ (International Trade Transaction Questionnaire) for compliance, coordinating materials to be shipped, providing necessary information for commercial reports, answering questions from the internal organization and customers regarding orders, and identifying improvement opportunities in own work, procedures, and processes within the department, translating them into initiatives aimed at optimization. The role is customer-oriented and requires maintaining an overview of orders.
Must have:
  • Enter order data
  • Prepare and send order confirmations
  • Manage orders and monitor delivery times
  • MBO education with technical or commercial background
  • Knowledge of the English language
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of the German language
  • Knowledge of systems (SAP) and applications

Sales Administrator – Enschede

We hebben een vacature voor een Sales Administrator om ons Enschede-team te versterken. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige en correcte administratieve verwerking van de orders. Je ondersteunt hierbij de afdeling Sales bij het bedienen van onze (potentiële) klant. Je regelt ongecompliceerde transporten en biedt de Sales afdeling ondersteu-ning bij het aanmaken van nieuwe klanten. Je voelt je thuis in een technisch en internationaal service gerichte omgeving. Met een klantgerichte houding bewaak je het overzicht van de orders.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Invoeren van ordergegevens

• Opstellen en versturen van orderbevestigingen

• Beheren van orders en bewaken van levertijden

• Onderhouden contact met leveranciers ten aanzien van benodigde documentatie

• Coördineren  van ITTQ (International Trade Transaction Questionnaire) voor het verkrijgen van groen licht van Pentair’s compliance afdeling bij leveren aan gesanctioneerde partners/landen

• Coördineren van te verzenden materialen

• Aanleveren benodigde informatie ten behoeve van commerciële rapportages

• Beantwoorden van vragen vanuit de interne organisatie en de klant met betrekking tot orders

• Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden ten aanzien van eigen werk, procedures en processen binnen de afdeling en vertaald deze naar initiatieven gericht op optimalisatie

Belangrijkste kwalificaties:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau met een opleiding op technisch of commercieel gebied

• Kennis van de Engelse taal, kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré

• Kennis van systemen (SAP) en applicaties
