Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at Tesla, you'll play a crucial role in guiding customers through the process of purchasing a Tesla vehicle. Responsibilities include becoming a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, understanding customer needs, providing personalized solutions, and educating customers on the benefits of Tesla ownership. You'll guide customers through financing, trade-ins, and delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to explain complex topics simply, and the drive to meet or exceed sales targets. The role requires working collaboratively within a team and maintaining a flexible approach to meet sales and delivery goals. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks related to sales, maintaining vehicle readiness, and contributing to a positive store environment. This is a 4-month contract position located in La Rochelle, France.

What You’ll Do
  • Soyez un expert produit sur les véhicules et les technologies Tesla, et restez au courant des derniers développements et tendances
  • Comprendre les besoins et les préférences de chaque client, et fournir une solution personnalisée qui répond à leurs exigences
  • Fournir des informations détaillées et transparentes sur les avantages de posséder un véhicule Tesla, y compris les coûts de charge et d'entretien, l'impact environnemental et l'expérience de conduit
  • Guider les clients tout au long du processus de vente, y compris les options de financement, les échanges et les délais de livraison
  • Être un conseiller de confiance pour les clients, répondre à toutes les questions qu'ils pourraient avoir et répondre à toutes les préoccupations ou objections qu'ils pourraient soulever
  • Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle qui dépasse leurs attentes, en établissant une relation à long terme avec eux

Tâches générales


  • Opérer avec un état d'esprit flexible pour répondre aux besoins de vente et de livraison de l'ensemble de l'équipe
  •  Assurez-vous que les détails des clients et toutes les actions sont suivis et mis à jour avec précision dans nos systèmes internes
  • Exécutez et partagez les meilleures pratiques avec et dans votre site Tesla
  • Éduquer les clients sur l'écosystème complet de Tesla et sur toutes les solutions disponibles pour répondre à leurs besoins
  • En ce qui concerne les processus de Tesla, exécuter en temps opportun les tâches administratives des ventes, y compris l'achèvement des contrats, les finances et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes concernées pour y parvenir
  • Entretien des véhicules (nettoyage et demande de réparation le cas échéant), notamment sur les véhicules de tests afin d’assurer une bonne image Tesla
  • Prise en charge de Avaya (ou du programme de relation avec le client)
  • Gestion des évènements et de création de nouvelles opportunités de vente
  • Suivi des clients potentiels pour s’assurer de la vente du produit
  • Entretien du store afin de garder un environnement cohérent avec l’image Tesla

The Role


As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to ownership of a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision.

You have relentless determination to succeed, and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets. 


Responsibilities:

  • Be a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, and stay up to date with the latest developments and trends
  • Understand the needs and preferences of each customer, and provide a personalized solution that meets their requirements
  • Provide detailed and transparent information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns or objections they may raise
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations, building a long-term relationship with them
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience

General duties


  • Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales and delivery needs across the team
  • Ensure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems 
  • Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location 
  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs  
  • In respect to Tesla’s processes, timely execute on sales administrative duties including contract completion, finance, and work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to get it done  
  • Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements 
  • Maintain car readiness through cleaning test drive to keep Tesla brand at excellence level
  • Maintain a store at Tesla standards related to cleanliness
  • Use avaya or client management tool existing
  • Event creation and participation to create leads
  • Follow up of customers to ensure a sales is realized

  • The ability to explain complex topics to customers in simple terms
  • Focus on educating and understanding customers' needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
