Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at Tesla in Hasselt, you'll be crucial in guiding customers through the Tesla ownership journey. You'll act as a product expert, passionately communicating Tesla's mission and vehicle benefits. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing personalized solutions, educating on Tesla vehicles and technologies, guiding through the sales process (including financing and trade-ins), and exceeding sales targets. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and delivery team, maintain accurate customer data, and share best practices. Strong communication, product knowledge, and a flexible approach are essential. The role demands effective communication in both English and Dutch.

What to Expect

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to ownership of a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision.

You have relentless determination to succeed, and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.

  • Be a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, and stay up to date with the latest developments and trends
  • Understand the needs and preferences of each customer, and provide a personalized solution that meets their requirements
  • Provide detailed and transparent information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns or objections they may raise
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations, building a long-term relationship with them
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You’ll Do
  • Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales and delivery needs across the team
  • Ensure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems
  • Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location
  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs
  • In respect to Tesla’s processes, timely execute on sales administrative duties including contract completion, finance, and work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to get it done
  • Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements

• Een productexpert zijn op het gebied van Teslavoertuigen en -technologieën, en op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en trends

• De behoeften en voorkeuren van elke klant begrijpen en een gepersonaliseerde oplossing bieden die aan hun eisen voldoet

• Gedetailleerde en transparante informatie verstrekken over de voordelen van het bezit van een Tesla, inclusief oplaad- en onderhoudskosten, milieu-impact en rijervaring

• Klanten begeleiden tijdens het verkoopproces, inclusief financieringsopties, inruil en levertijden

• Een betrouwbare adviseur zijn voor klanten, vragen beantwoorden en eventuele zorgen of bezwaren wegnemen

• Een uitzonderlijke klantervaring bieden die hun verwachtingen overtreft en zo een langdurige relatie met hen opbouwen

• Verkoopdoelstellingen en prestatiecijfers halen of overtreffen

• Samenwerken met andere leden van het Tesla-team om een naadloze klantervaring te garanderen

 

Algemene taken:

• Opereren met een flexibele mindset om verkoop en leveringsbehoeften in het hele team te ondersteunen

• Ervoor zorgen dat klantgegevens en alle acties nauwkeurig worden bijgehouden en bijgewerkt in onze interne systemen

• Uitvoeren en delen van best practices met en over je Tesla locatie

• Klanten informeren over het volledige Tesla ecosysteem en alle beschikbare oplossingen om aan hun behoeften te voldoen

• Met betrekking tot Tesla's processen, tijdig uitvoeren van administratieve taken, waaronder het voltooien van contracten, financiën, en nauw samenwerken met relevante belanghebbenden om dit voor elkaar te krijgen
