Job Description

As a member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for serving specific Brazilian railway clients, analyzing their needs, negotiating orders and new products. You will travel nationally and internationally to participate in meetings, fairs and events. You will be responsible for the process of developing and approving new products. You will participate in the creation of strategic plans for the development of new markets and new product lines. You will interact with clients locally and internationally, mainly with the client's engineering and purchasing area, with knowledge of the production process, from products and solutions we can offer. You will create commercial strategies together with Management and Board. You will be responsible for the entire railway segment portfolio in the company, from managing customer orders, travel, visits, reports and product approvals.

  • Responsible for new product development and approval process
  • Participate in creating strategic plans for new markets and product lines
  • Interact with clients (engineering and purchasing) locally and internationally
  • Create commercial strategies with Management and Board
  • Manage the entire railway segment portfolio (orders, travel, visits, reports, product approvals)

Who will you work with?

The Commercial team is committed to exceeding our customers' expectations, meeting their needs with agility and competence. You will work directly with Management, the Board, and an internal team of 3 people. You will interact with other departments such as Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, etc. There will also be frequent interaction via emails and meetings with members of other units abroad, mainly from the USA, Italy, and Germany, and potentially extending to Asian countries.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Degree in Mechanical or Railway Engineering;
  • Fluent English;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office suite;
  • Desirable knowledge in railway sector.
