We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Commercial Assistance Coordinator to support our sales team in Brazil. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in the gaming or marketing industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist with daily sales operations, including scheduling, document preparation, and managing sales calendars.
- Client Communication: Act as the liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate sales databases, using Excel to track performance and generate reports.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor ongoing negotiations and contracts, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver professional sales reports and commercial proposals on time.
Key Skills:
-Experience in sales, client management, commercial knowledge, industry experience, and building commercial relationships with clients
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Laguages:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
