Summary

Sinch seeks a results-oriented Sales Development Representative in Noida, India. Additional duties involve CRM data maintenance, performance reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in IT product business development/inside sales, a proven record of achieving sales targets, and strong communication and relationship management skills, particularly with senior executives. The role involves managing inbound calls, website chats and other contact channels.

Role Overview:

Looking for result oriented Sales Development Representative for Noida location.
Should have at least 5 years of experience in Business development/ Inside sales in IT products. Should have successful track record of achieving sales targets. Must have exposure to interaction with senior level executives and should have excellent communication & relationship management skills.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

·  Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and schedule appointments with the decision makers

·  Pipeline management and analysis to ensure high conversion rate from MQL to SQL to Booked Order

·  Work closely with Sales Management to ensure smooth distribution and handover of SQLs

·  Manage live inbound contact channels

. Sales phone calls

. Website chat & attend Direct Inbound Calls

Additional Responsibilities

·  Update and maintain CRM data to the highest accuracy

·  Report and forecast on performance

 

KPIs & Metrics

·  Volume of SQLs

·  Volume of SALs (Sales Accepted Leads)

·  Total value of Orders Booked

·  MQL to SQL conversion
