SALES DIRECTOR 

Quickspin is one of the world’s leading providers of innovative video slots, and other RNG and live casino games. We always strive to improve by pushing our boundaries through innovative gameplay. We also happen to be really awesome. With our constant drive to be better, we’re now looking for a Sales Director to join our commercial team in Malta.

About the Role

As a Sales Director at Quickspin you will play a crucial role in driving Quickspin’s growth in overseas markets. You’ll lead strategic planning and market expansion efforts, ensuring smooth communication with clients while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will also take responsibility for implementing market strategies and sales targets, making a direct impact on Quickspin’s success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute overseas market development plans, including market direction, layout, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and manage customer relationships, negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Analyze and implement market strategies to meet the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and plans, ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Drive customer engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Support team-building efforts and manage team goals to achieve sales performance targets.


Job Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ Years experience in the iGaming/industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer-focused solutions.
  • Experience in large-scale business negotiations and market implementation.
  • A strong strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
