Job Description

The Sales Enablement Manager at AlphaSense will drive organizational alignment, accelerate new hire onboarding, and foster continuous development within the APAC Sales Development & Product Specialist team. This role involves designing and delivering data-driven training programs to boost sales performance, maintaining existing programs, and implementing creative solutions to increase productivity. Responsibilities include needs analysis, curriculum management, content creation, partnering with Revenue Operations, providing coaching, and simplifying complex business problems into effective enablement programs.
Must have:
  • Consult with stakeholders to create enablement solutions
  • Onboard and train new hires to exceed targets
  • Manage curriculum, content creation, and execution
  • Analyze productivity data to inform future programs
  • Provide hands-on coaching to sales development team
  • Create impactful enablement programs to change behavior

Sales Enablement Manager: APAC Sales Development & Product Specialist

Location:  Singapore - in office 2-3x per week

Reports to: Manny Foster - Sales Enablement Sr. Manager

The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill/knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales development  team. About The Role: 

We are looking for a passionate and commercial minded Sales Enablement Manager to help drive organizational alignment, accelerate new hire ramp, and promote ongoing development. This person relies on data to design and deliver training and enablement programs that promote sales growth and performance. In addition, this person will maintain our current programs and implement creative solutions that increase productivity across our Asia Pacific Sales Development & Product Specialist organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Consult with key stakeholders to perform needs analysis in order to prescribe enablement and training solutions that drive results 
  • Onboard and prepare new hires to execute in order to meet and exceed targets
  • Own and maintain curriculum, content creation, and execution
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze individual and cohort productivity to inform future enablement programs 
  • Provide hands on coaching to individuals across the Sales Development team
  • Break down complex business problems into digestible and simplistic enablement programs that change behaviors and increase productivity
