Du bist leidenschaftlich im Vertrieb und hast Erfahrung im CAD/CAM-Bereich? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams bei GibbsCAM! Als führender Anbieter von CAM-Software suchen wir engagierte Sales Manager (m/w/d) für Baden-Württemberg, Südbayern und Nordbayern.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss

• Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Erreichen der Vertriebsziele

•Generelle Vorstellung und Beratung zu unserer innovativen CAM-Software bei Kunden, auf Messen und in Webinaren

• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie Pflege im CRM-System

Das bringst du mit:

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im CAD/CAM-Bereich

• Technisches Verständnis im Fertigunsbereich und Geschick im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern

• Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamplayer-Gedanken

• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen

• Reisebereitschaft und gute Englischkenntnisse

Are you passionate about sales and have experience in the CAD/CAM field? Then join our team at GibbsCAM! As a leading provider of CAM software, we are looking for dedicated Sales Managers (m/f/d) in the Baden-Württemberg, Southern Bavaria, and Northern Bavaria region.

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting customers – from initial contact to contract signing

• Developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets

• Providing general presentations and advice on our innovative CAM software to customers, at trade fairs, and in webinars

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Market and competitive analysis and CRM system maintenance

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in CAD/CAM

• Technical understanding in the manufacturing sector and ability to interact with decision-makers

• Independent, goal-oriented working style and strong communication skills, as well as a team player mentality

• Experience with CRM systems

• Willingness to travel and good English skills
