Key Accountabilities:
Management and supervision of Service Sales and Customer Support activities, meeting given KPIs.
Lead and inspire the team to achieve department goals and company objectives.
Ensure all activities are in accordance with Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, Compliance and HSE.
Plan, maintain and monitor OPEX/CAPEX, using available budgets effectively and efficiently according to department requirements.
Continuous strategy development and execution of business plan.
Prepare and submit reports based on assignment.
Development and continuous improvement of processes and employee skills. Identify training needs to support evolution of products and solutions portfolio.
Cooperation with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, customer support and strategy
Special Assignments.
Qualifications and skills:
Degree in Engineering
At least 10 years working experiences in sales and service operation of diesel engines, including minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
Experience in site operation.
Strong leadership and human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills, result-oriented, working independently, contribution to team success.
Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution.
Customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent in networking with external customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in written & spoken English
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP
