This role involves coaching, training, and developing Tesla Advisors, participating in sales and delivery activities, analyzing data, and managing progress. The Supervisor maintains operational oversight, translates business needs into action, and champions change management. Responsibilities include ensuring best-in-class customer experience, maintaining brand standards, controlling store expenses, and providing performance feedback and development for employees. Strong sales performance, coaching experience, in-depth knowledge of sales processes, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are crucial. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual passionate about Tesla's mission.

What to Expect
En tant que superviseur, vous êtes un membre performant et énergique de l'équipe de direction sur votre marché. Vous rendez compte au store manager et êtes responsable de l'exécution parfaite de votre site en atteignant tous les objectifs. Vous avez fait preuve d'une aptitude et d'un penchant pour le développement et l’accompagnement des personnes afin qu'elles excellent dans leur travail. Vous êtes un leader de proximité qui s'implique dans les activités quotidiennes de votre équipe, les opérations du magasin et les relations avec les clients. Vous aurez à relever le défi de soutenir votre équipe par la formation, l'encadrement, la motivation et l'analyse des performances de vente. Vous avez l'œil pour les détails opérationnels et les compétences nécessaires pour apporter des changements et des améliorations à l'équipe. Vous pouvez travailler de manière indépendante, mais en étroite collaboration avec votre hiérarchie.
What You’ll Do

Performance et santé de l'entreprise

  • Collaborer avec la direction du magasin pour communiquer et mettre en œuvre la vision, les besoins commerciaux et les stratégies de votre site.
  • Adopter une approche pratique en encadrant, formant et développant constamment les Tesla Advisors de votre établissement.
  • Participer et/ou diriger toutes les activités de vente, de livraison et de management  sous la supervision de votre hiérarchie.
  • Analyser les données et collaborer avec le store manager pour suivre et gérer les progrès.
  • Maintenir une vue d'ensemble des opérations et traduire les besoins commerciaux en actions sur le terrain.
  • Chercher constamment à s'améliorer. Fournir un point de vue pratique pour remettre en question et donner son avis au store manager sur ses décisions stratégiques et relatives au personnel.
  • Participer à toutes les activités liées à la livraison, selon les besoins.
  • Se faire le champion de la gestion du changement dans votre store et sur le marché local
  • Veiller à ce que votre équipe soit en mesure d'atteindre ses principaux objectifs de vente, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la création d'opportunités de vente, la programmation d'essais, le maintien d'un pipeline sain et actuel avec des suivis fréquents, la gestion des nouvelles commandes et toutes les autres activités de pré-livraison pour permettre des livraisons sans problème et des scores élevés de CSAT.
  • Démontrer sa capacité à assumer de manière transparente les tâches quotidiennes de gestion du store, si nécessaire.

Expérience client et gestion de la marque

  • Veillez à ce que tous les employés offrent une expérience client optimale à chaque client.
  • S'assurer que tous les employés respectent le code vestimentaire et les directives de présentation de Tesla.
  • Collaborer avec le store manager et l'équipe des opérations pour tout événement clé ou activité de promotion, selon les besoins.
  • Gérer rapidement et efficacement les escalades des clients
  • Donner les moyens aux employés de résoudre les problèmes des clients et les guider pour qu'ils prennent des décisions dans le meilleur intérêt des clients tout en soutenant la mission de Tesla.
  • Démontrer une maîtrise de la présentation, de la vente et de la livraison de l'ensemble de l'écosystème Tesla.
  • Veiller à ce que l'entretien des installations et la présentation du showroom soient conformes aux normes de la marque.
  • Contrôler les dépenses du magasin en s'efforçant continuellement de réduire les coûts.

Engagement et développement des employés

  • Observer, examiner et fournir continuellement des feedback sur les performances des employés.
  • Encadrer et conseiller le personnel, introduire les meilleures pratiques et favoriser l'inclusion et la culture d'équipe.
  • Fournir à votre store manager des feedbacks et des données solides sur les performances des conseillers Tesla afin d'assurer la croissance de l'équipe.
  • Soutenir, mettre en œuvre et assurer le suivi de toutes les formations
  • Participer aux activités de recrutement si nécessaire
  • S'assurer que tous les employés respectent les politiques et procédures de Tesla.
  • Transmettre tous les problèmes de personnel à la direction du magasin de manière rapide et efficace.

The Role

As the Store Supervisor, you are a high-performing, energetic member of the leadership team in your market, reporting to the Store/Area Manager in your country, and responsible for flawless execution of your location hitting all targets. You have shown an aptitude and bias towards developing and guiding people to excel in their jobs. You are a front line leader that gets involved in the day-to-day activities of your team, store operations, and dealing with customers. You will be challenged to support your team through training, coaching, motivating and analyzing sales performance. You have a keen eye for operational details and the skills to drive changes and improvements in the team. You can operate independently, but in close cooperation with the Sales and Delivery leadership in your country.  


Responsibilities

Business Performance & Health

  • Partner with Store leadership to communicate and execute the vision, business needs, and strategies at your location
  • Display a hands-on approach by consistently coaching, training and developing Tesla Advisors at your location
  • Participate in and/or lead all sales, delivery and personnel activities under supervision of the Sales and Delivery Leadership in your market
  • Analyze data and collaborate with Store leadership to track and manage progress
  • Maintain operational overview and translate business needs to actions on the floor
  • Constantly search for improvement. Provide a hands-on perspective to challenge and give input to the Store manager on their strategic and staff-related decisions
  • Participate in all delivery related activities when and as needed
  • Champion change management in your store and local market
  • Ensure your team is set up to execute on its key sales objectives, including but not limited to the creation of sales opportunities, scheduling test drives, maintaining a healthy/current pipeline with frequent follow-ups, and driving new orders and all other pre-delivery activities to enable smooth deliveries and high CSAT scores
  • Demonstrate ability to seamlessly cover daily store management duties as needed

Customer Experience & Brand Management

  • Responsible for ensuring all employees provide a best in class customer experience for every customer
  • Ensure all employees align with Tesla's Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines
  • Partner with store leadership and operations team on any key events or demand generation activities as needed
  • Manage customer escalations quickly and effectively
  • Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns, to make decisions in the customers' best interest while also supporting Tesla's mission
  • Demonstrate mastery of presenting, selling and delivering the entire Tesla ecosystem
  • Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standard
  • Control store expenses continually striving to reduce costs

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Observe, review and continuously provide feedback on employee performance
  • Coach and mentor staff, introduce best practices and enable inclusion and team culture
  • Provide robust feedback and input on the performance of Tesla Advisors in your market to your Store/Area Manager to ensure growth on the team
  • Support, implement and provide follow-up for all training
  • Assist with recruitment activities as needed
  • Ensure all employees adhere to Tesla policies and procedures
  • Escalate all people issues to store leadership in a timely and effective manner


Requirements

  • Strong sales performance and understanding of the business and products
  • Track record of coaching and mentoring sales or operational roles
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and ability to drive employees to exceed targets 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Unafraid to question and take lead
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and peers
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French

  • Valid driver's license
