We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive specializing in Data Insight & Analytics. This role involves creating impactful sales pitches and documents, conducting research, analyzing data, and handling administrative tasks to support sales operations and targets. The executive will collaborate with the Sales & Commercial team to enhance the overall sales process throughout the year. Key responsibilities include championing the sales team, analyzing sales data to assess effectiveness, forecasting future trends using historical data and market trends, enhancing sales efficiency by supporting representatives, developing tactical sales strategies, managing technical tools with IT, and driving revenue growth by championing the RGM framework.

We are now looking for Sales Operations Executive - Data Insight & Analytics who will be responsible for creating impactful pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data as well as handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and contribute to reaching sales targets.

Ultimately, you will work with a team of Sales & Commercial people to support the overall sales process throughout the year.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Champion the Sales Team: Align business goals with the sales team’s efforts to ensure maximum impact.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Evaluate and measure both internal and external sales data to assess the effectiveness of products, sales processes, and campaigns.
  • Forecast Future Trends: Use historical data and market trends to project future sales growth and strategize upcoming campaigns.
  • Enhance Sales Efficiency: Support sales representatives in improving their effectiveness and creating more conversion opportunities.
  • Develop Tactical Strategies: Analyze data to develop strategic sales plans and establish actionable objectives.
  • Manage Technical Tools: Oversee the use of essential technical tools and platforms, collaborating closely with the IT department.
  • Revenue Growth Management: Act as a champion for the newly developed RGM framework, a strategic and integrated end-to-end approach to driving sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
