Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialist at BytePlus (ByteDance) in Singapore will partner with the business on sales planning, systems optimization, and driving operational cadences. Key responsibilities include managing the Lead to Cash process, designing sales incentive programs, driving business insights, and partnering with BI for reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems, and a proven ability to build and execute projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, planning, and business partnering.
Must have:
  • Sales planning & optimization

  • Business insights & ROI measurement
  • CRM (Salesforce) expertise
  • 5+ years sales operations experience
Good to have:
  • Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • BI system & dashboard experience
  • Project management from 0 to 1
  • Adaptability in a high-growth environment

Key Responsibilities: - Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc - Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process - Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs, SPIFFS and Channel Partner Programs - Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks - Partner with BI to streamline and standardize reporting needs - Support Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects - Strong advocate for best practices and change management
Qualifications
Who You Are Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study - Self-starter with at least 5 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience - Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc - Experience with BI systems and dashboards Preferred Qualifications: - Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment - Design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1 ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
