Job Description

This Sales Reporting Analyst role requires a detail-oriented individual passionate about data analysis in the gaming industry. Responsibilities include data collection and management from various systems (CRM, ERP, Excel), generating sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), analyzing sales metrics (revenue, margins, customer data), developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, collaborating with sales teams to provide actionable insights, supporting sales forecasting and budgeting, and improving reporting processes. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and experience analyzing large datasets to provide meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.

Description

Are you passionate about data analysis and its role in driving business success within the gaming industry? We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative Sales team! 

This role will play a key part in ensuring our sales operations are driven by accurate, insightful data. By creating impactful reports and dashboards, you'll help us uncover trends, forecast effectively, and optimize performance across global markets. 

If you enjoy working with large datasets, creating visualizations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, this is the role for you. 

Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management: 

  • Extract, clean, and organize sales data from various systems (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.). 
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely availability for reporting purposes 

Sales Reporting & Analysis: 

  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports 
  • Analyze sales metrics such as revenue, margins, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities 
  • Provide detailed insights into sales KPIs (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis) 

Dashboard & Visualization Development: 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. 
  • Present data in a clear, visual format for easy understanding by sales leadership and other stakeholders 

Collaboration with Sales Teams: 

  • Partner with sales teams to understand their data needs and offer actionable recommendations 
  • Work with other departments to align sales data with broader business trends 

Forecasting & Planning: 

  • Support sales forecasting and budgeting by providing data-driven projections. 
  • Highlight potential risks and opportunities and recommend adjustments 

Process Improvement: 

  • Continuously improve reporting processes and introduce automation where possible 
  • Recommend improvements for data collection and reporting accuracy 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales reporting, data analysis, or a similar role 
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas 
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc. 
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders 
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken 
  • Familiarity with gaming industry metrics and trends is a big plus
