Job Description

Join MioDottore, the leading digital platform revolutionizing healthcare in Italy. Our mission is to make the healthcare experience more human and digital, improving the lives of both doctors and patients. We are looking for an ambitious Sales professional with a talent for sales and a passion for technology to become our Commerciale Monza. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating opportunities through cold calls, selling solutions that make a difference to doctors and healthcare professionals, managing negotiations independently, meeting potential clients, and closing deals. Collaboration with the post-sales team is also key to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
Must have:
  • Sales experience (at least 1 year)
  • Sales skills and passion for technology
  • Resilient to rejection
  • Own a vehicle (car or motorcycle)
Good to have:
  • Experience in insurance, finance, telecom, fitness, or real estate

  • La vendita è nel tuo DNA: Ami aiutare i clienti a trovare soluzioni che fanno davvero la differenza e sei motivato a proporre un prodotto in cui credi.
  • Le sfide non ti spaventano: Sai che i "no" fanno parte del gioco e che ogni "sì" sarà una soddisfazione incredibile, sia personale che economica.
  • Hai almeno un anno di esperienza come Sales: preferibilmente in settori come assicurazioni, finanza, telecomunicazioni, fitness o immobiliare
  • Sei automunito/motomunito 🚗: Ti servirà un mezzo proprio per di raggiungere i nostri medici all’interno della tua area geografica di riferimento

  • Acquisisci nuovi clienti: Ti lancerai alla scoperta di nuove opportunità, cercando e conquistando nuovi clienti.
  • Generi opportunità dal nulla: Trasformerai ogni cold call in un appuntamento che apre le porte al business.
  • Vendi soluzioni che fanno la differenza: Aiuterai medici e professionisti sanitari a rivoluzionare il loro lavoro con il nostro prodotto digitale
  • Conquisti la trattativa: Gestirai in autonomia le negoziazioni e incontrerai i potenziali clienti, portando ogni accordo a chiusura contratto
  • Collabori con il team di post-vendita: Lavorerai con i colleghi del Team Customer Success per garantire un’esperienza cliente impeccabile, anche dopo la vendita.

Cosa ti offriamo:

💶Total compensation fino a € 50000 (fisso + variabile). Il variabile dipende solo da te: più vendi, più guadagni …what else? 

📄Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi - CCNL Commercio. Ci piace essere onesti, iniziare una nuova esperienza vuol dire conoscersi a vicenda, sulla base dei risultati raggiunti valuteremo conversione a tempo indeterminato.
