岗位背景：
该岗位主要为中国跨境物流业务团队客户上线和重点客户与项目运营方面提供技术支持与专业分析。
岗位职责：
1.客户上线与API集成：主导并负责客户上线流程，包括API对接和技术指导；
2.跨部门协作：与销售、运营、技术和产品等团队，共同推进客户上线项目；与区域技术团队、物流团队、4PL物流模块技术工程师合作，处理API对接请求；
3.UAT测试协调：与客户协作，确保用户验收测试（UAT）按计划进行，解决测试过程中出现的技术问题；
4.技术支持：解决客户在API对接过程中遇到的技术问题、日常系统异常问题；为内部团队提供技术支持，帮助他们更好理解技术细节；与客户沟通任何技术变更，进行风险管理，并与客户保持一致；
5.产品反馈收集：收集客户反馈，为产品改进和新功能开发提供依据；
6.工具开发：协助开发/优化工具以提高API对接的效率和监控业务性能，确保满足业务需求；
7.利益相关者管理：如果需要请求另外一个团队进行搭建、执行，需向团队的项目经理提出并传达业务需求、紧迫性、影响等。如有必要，需要和功能最初请求者合作，获取详细的业务需求，从而获得正确的范围;如果构建的规模足以影响其他业务进行，需站在最优的利益相关者层面考虑，并确保利益相关者对请求/解决方案的理解保持一致;
8.项目管理：为管理层提供数据分析及业务观察，帮助制定更有效的业务决策；协助上级/区域团队管理API对接项目，确保项目按时按质完成。
9.文档编写与汇报：定期维护和编写技术文档，包括API文档、对接指南、解决方案建议书等，向管理层/客户汇报技术事故；
任职要求：
1.具备至少有3年以上相关工作经验，曾服务于跨境电商、跨境物流行业者优先；
2.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、计算机工程或信息系统等专业；
3.深入了解 API 和 Webhook，以及如何在 API对接中使用这些技术；
4.具备较强分析能力和问题解决和处理能力；
5.具备优秀的英语沟通能力，能够使用英语作为工作语言。
