The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team in their efforts to pursue new customers and service existing customers by coordinating administrative tasks needed to manage workflow throughout the plant. They will maintain frequent communication with customers and account managers to help troubleshoot problems. This role requires creativity and relies on pre-established guidelines. The specialist will work closely with account managers, communicate with sales, design, estimating, and production teams, and maintain customer relationships.
Good To Have:- Construction or building products industry knowledge.
Must Have:- High school graduate with some college preferred.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Working knowledge of office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.).
