As a Sales Team Lead at Paytm's EDC Retail, you'll lead a team focused on increasing the sales of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations. Responsibilities include creating a positive team environment, driving sales, resolving merchant queries, hiring and building the team, setting goals and deadlines, overseeing daily operations, monitoring team performance, providing coaching, handling feedback and conflicts, recognizing achievements, and fostering creativity. You will need to manage the team effectively and report on key metrics while ensuring high sales performance in the assigned area. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in team management within a sales environment.

About us:

About the team: EDC Retail – EDC is one of Paytm‘s business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data driven technology.

About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
