This involves managing a sales team (at least 5 members), handling end-to-end sales and operations, developing distribution strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring team success through lucrative incentives. You'll be the key point of contact for customers, managing relationships from initial outreach to purchase. Experience in channel sales and team management is critical, along with understanding distribution, expansion, and sales metrics.
