Job Description
As a Sales Team Lead for the Dairy vertical in Madurai, you will be responsible for driving digital payment adoption at dairy outlets and related businesses. This involves managing a sales team (at least 5 members), handling end-to-end sales and operations, developing distribution strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring team success through lucrative incentives. You'll be the key point of contact for customers, managing relationships from initial outreach to purchase. Experience in channel sales and team management is critical, along with understanding distribution, expansion, and sales metrics.

This team is predominantly responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations of this category.About the role: To sell products or services for a company and represent their brand. Also, to manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made. Expectations/ Requirements 1. Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before5. Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics6.
