Job Description

As a Salesforce Administrator and QA at Make, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement, configuration, and development of technical solutions within our Salesforce CRM platform. You'll focus on maintaining and enhancing Salesforce users' experience, testing new solutions, and improving existing ones to ensure the best usability and high-level quality. This role also involves resolving CRM support tickets to minimize incidents and maximize user experience. You will collaborate with various teams, understand user needs, and translate them into robust technical solutions within Salesforce. Experience with automation and AI outside the Salesforce platform will be highly valued. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Must have:
  • Salesforce product knowledge and 2 years’ administration experience.
  • User and license management: new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions.
  • Salesforce configuration changes and implementations: Workflow, fields, page layouts.
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions).
Good to have:
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator Certificate
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • Prior work experience in a Saas company of similar size
  • Experience with Make platform is welcome

The Opportunity As a Salesforce Administrator and QA at Make, you will be an integral member of the Business Processes & Systems’ team, responsible for the continuous improvement, configuration, and development of technical solutions within our Salesforce CRM platform. Your proactive approach will be crucial in ensuring the platform effectively supports our evolving business needs. A key focus of this role is maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce users’ experience for increased productivity and ease, testing new solutions and improving existing ones to ensure best usability, easier maintenance and high-level quality of deployments. As part of the role you’ll be also required to resolve CRM support tickets efficiently with the goal to minimize incidents, reduce time to resolution and maximize overall users experience in the platform. We are seeking a candidate with a solid foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform with at least 2 years hands-on experience and a demonstrable commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within Salesforce and the broader automation ecosystem. In this role you’re expected to effectively communicate and collaborate with various users across the Go-to-market organization and internally with other Operations team members autonomously, demonstrating the ability to understand the users needs and translate these requirements into robust technical solutions within Salesforce.  Additional experience around automation and AI outside Salesforce platform will be highly valued (using Make preferred). This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast growing SaaS company at the forefront of automation and innovation expanding your CRM and automation skillset in a dynamic and supportive environment.   Required Qualifications and Background
  • Salesforce product knowledge and 2 years’ hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud
    • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
    • Salesforce configuration changes and implementations including (but not limited to): Workflow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
    • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Functional knowledge or experience with at least one specific Business Function (eg Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Ecosystem, Customer Success..)
  • Strong orientation and willingness to expand skills around automation and AI to complement with direct CRM automations’ work
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • A desire to implement best practice solutions
  • Orientation to users’ experience
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep attention to details and a commitment for high-quality deliverables
