The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for defining and executing the Salesforce strategy, working closely with client stakeholders to develop scalable and innovative solutions. This role involves providing architectural guidance, ensuring best practices, and leading the end-to-end implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include driving the Salesforce roadmap, acting as a trusted advisor, leading the design and development of Salesforce solutions including CPQ, architecting and implementing secure and scalable solutions, mentoring development teams, customizing solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
Must have:
  • 10+ years of Salesforce development, architecture, and implementation experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ – design, configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations with complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.
  • Experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization within Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Onshore Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce, hands-on technical proficiency, and extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ. This individual will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our Salesforce strategy, working closely with client stakeholders to drive scalable and innovative solutions.

As a strategic advisor and technical leader, you will provide architectural guidance, ensure best practices, and lead the end-to-end implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions,
and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Salesforce Strategy & Architecture: Define and drive the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and key stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Hands-on Development & Implementation: Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce CPQ, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
    • Solution Design: Architect and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, integrating with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
    • Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide development teams, enforcing coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
    • Customization & Configuration: Leverage Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and other Salesforce tools to tailor solutions to business needs.
    • Performance Optimization: Conduct technical assessments and performance tuning to enhance efficiency and system effectiveness.
    • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and implementation.
    • Extensive expertise in Salesforce CPQ – design, configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and quote generation.
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
    • Experience Cloud, and integrations with external systems.
    • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
    • Proven experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations with complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and third-party applications.
    • Experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization within Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to present solutions to executives and influence decision-making.
    • Salesforce Architect certifications.
