We are seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet customer B2C Commerce requirements. The developer will focus on delivering new B2C commerce capabilities and provide Salesforce Commerce Cloud technology expertise for solution design and technical implementation. The role requires working during US/Canada time zones to support teams and clients based in Eastern time, while coordinating with the India team to understand project details.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) solutions
• Utilize web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, JQuery, web analytics, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST), along with open-source packages/libraries
• Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
• Develop using server-side and client-side JavaScript
• Collaborate using git, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other source control tools
• Participate in agile development processes
• Build responsive web designs with web frameworks and ensure interactive web development
• Optimize site speed and performance
• Apply secure development practices
• Build, deploy, and use cartridges in the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem
• Communicate effectively with US/Canada teams for project updates and client support

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce B2C Commerce-certified developer

This role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams across India and North America, ensuring timely updates and support during Eastern work hours.
