  • Manage and optimize Salesforce org configuration.
  • Develop and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with admins on org strategy and best practices.
  • Deployment all Salesforce releases and perform the sandbox refresh and instance planning 
  • Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation and application bug fixes 
 
What you’ll be working on   
  • Collaborate with Agile Teams to estimate, plan, and manage new feature development and testing
  • Provide system administration support to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
  • Develop, maintain, and advance our CI/CD pipeline, Branching Strategy
  • Deploy all Salesforce releases and perform the sandbox refresh and instance planning
  • Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation and application bug fixes
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features relevant to DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and stakeholders to define DevOps best practices and implement CI/CD pipelines using SFDX.
  • Utilize Prodly to automate data deployments and ensure seamless release management within the Salesforce environment.
  • Set up and manage version control using GitHub, ensuring all code is properly documented and adheres to organizational standards.
  • Implement GitHub Actions to automate workflows for testing, building, and deploying Salesforce applications.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of deployment processes, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance deployment scripts and tools to support multiple Salesforce environments (Sandbox, UAT, Production).
What you bring to the role   
  • Bachelor degree in IT, CIS or Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
  • Experience with SFDC specific IDE and version control configurations (Github, BitBucket) for Salesforce development (VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX)
  • Hands-on CI/CD experience automating Salesforce deployments using /Github Copado/Jenkin or other similar tools
  • Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools, specifically using GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with Prodly Change Tracker for Salesforce change management.
  • 7+ years of experiences on Salesforce platform as developer or admin with minimum 3+ years of experiences as Devops engineer
  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL
  • Experience working on Salesforce communities and Sites
  • Have implemented at least one full life cycle project in Lightning and have expert level working knowledge on major Salesforce.com technologies including Lightning web components, Apex Web Services, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, etc

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $121,00 to $130,000 CAD. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
