N-iX is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solutions Architect who can join the team supporting the development of marketing emails, push notifications, and communications on other marketing surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in areas such as: creating and organizing databases; debugging issues end-to-end; and communicating technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders. Our Client is a financial technology company based in California. It is one of the leading companies in this sector and offers a buy now, pay later service.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with software engineers to integrate new data sources with SFMC
  • Audit existing SFMC setup
  • Investigate questions about specific communications, bounce rates, outages, etc.
  • Remove unused data extensions, automations, etc.
  • Recommend changes to our setup or processes for security and scalability
  • Improve SFMC monitoring and alerting
  • Implement any recommended changes to SFMC setup
  • Gather requirements and document technical specifications, including functional and technical specifications
  • Provide technical consultation and training on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud features
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and industry best practices

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SFMC experience
  • Ideally at least 1 of those years as an SFMC Solutions Architect specifically
  • Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification
  • Hands on experience in design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and implementation activities
  • Strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing and implementing database schemas
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical team members
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Asana, JIRA, Notion, Google Sheets, etc. is a plus
  • Well-spoken and written knowledge of the English language (B2) 
  • Ukrainian language Advanced or higher
