Varonis is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to lead their Salesforce Team efforts. The role requires excellent project management skills, innovative solutions, varied Salesforce platform experience, and a lot of passion for the job. The company is a major Salesforce customer with over 2000 internal company users and thousands of external community users worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects, analyzing business requirements, and working with various departments like Sales, Support, and Marketing.

Must have:

3+ years of Salesforce Solution Design and Hands-On Configuration
Experience working with Business Stakeholders and analyzing requirements
Expert knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Architecture, Integrations
Excellent Project Management skills
Ability to work in a Global Team
Experience working in a dynamic and agile environment
Proactive, detail-oriented with in-depth business and technical understanding
Strong in written and verbal English

Good to have:

CPQ experience
Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Design and Hands-On Configuration - Must
Wide experience in direct work with Business Stakeholders and analyzing business requirements
Expert knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration, Architecture, Integrations (Communities, .com platform – an advantage)
Excellent Project Management skills
Team player with ability to work in a Global Team
Experience working in a dynamic and agile environment
Proactive, detail-oriented with in-depth business and technical understanding
Strong in written and verbal English
CPQ experience – an advantage
Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) an advantage
