Job Description
Ninja Mart is Ninja Van’s FMCG-focused logistics unit, connecting brands with retailers in suburban and rural regions of Vietnam and Malaysia. This role involves visiting assigned areas/outlets, penetrating new areas, achieving monthly sales targets, recruiting wholesalers, explaining Trade Marketing mechanics, encouraging retailers to use the Ninja Mart App, ensuring accurate daily collection amounts, and clearing outstanding payments.
Must have:
- Possess own transport
- Minimum SPM and above
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Eager to learn
- Willing to travel

Launched in Feb 2021, Ninja Mart is Ninja Van’s FMCG-focused logistics unit. We connect brands with retailers in suburban and rural regions of Vietnam and Malaysia, unlocking endless possibilities for business expansion in this fast-growing region.
Job Responsibilities :
- Visiting, servicing and conduct sales at assigned area/outlets that was routed by the Sales Supervisor
- Penetrate new area/state that acknowledge & agreed by the Sales Supervisor
- To achieve monthly sales target
- Exploring, identifying & recruiting wholesaler in the assign area
- Explain Trade Marketing mechanics (National or Local program)
- Encouraging retailer to download Ninja Mart App and assist them to claim the Cashback on the Ninja Mart App
- Ensuring 100% accurate daily collection amount
- All outlet outstanding must be cleared before due date
Job Requirements
- Possess own transport
- Minimum SPM and above. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. On the Job Training will be provided
- Wiling to travel
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and eager to learn new knowledge
