YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Advisor, you play a central role in creating a unique customer experience. The interaction of your actions and our values contributes to your own success and the success of H&M.

Your tasks:

• You greet our customers, guide them through the store and support them with your trend and product knowledge to find what they need.
• Together with your team, you ensure that the sales floor and backstage area are always stocked, organized and inviting.
• You can be yourself and thus positively represent the H&M Group.
