**Role - SAP ABAP Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• ABAP 7.5 coding and RICEFW Development using ABAP on HANA.
• Handle support tickets.
• Development using integration techniques like Rest API, ABAP Proxy, RFC.
• Interact with function and technical team to understand the requirements and propose solution & Deliver objects.
• Should be able to work independently on complex developments.
• Guide the junior team members to deliver quality and timely developments.
• Ability to debug, SAP ABAP Code, ODATA services for troubleshooting and find performance issues at various levels and fix the findings

SAP Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
• 2 implementation experiences on S4H ABAP.
• Experience with ABAP 7.5 coding standards and RICEFW Development using ABAP on HANA.
• Understands SAP Activate Methodology.
• Understands integration between modules.
• Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
• Must be highly proficient with OData debugging and locating the issue.
• Understands Web / Enterprise Services including ABAP Proxy and SAP API’s.
• Proficient on ABAP on HANA, AMDP & CDS views.
• Expertise in enhancing standard SAP functionality leveraging standard enhancements framework –user exists, Business Transaction Events (BTE), Business Add Ins (BADI), Enhancement Spots (Implicit & Explicit).
• Good knowledge in developing Data migration programs and using related tools like LSMW, BDC, BAPI's and SAP Function Module including RFC Function Module.
• Strong experience in ABAP troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Understands functional and technical specifications in detail.
• Debugging FIORI applications & Workflows, knowledge about BRF+ could be an added advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Understand business processes for focus area or module.

• Understand business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
• Understand how to solve detailed SAP problems.
• Understand and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
