Job Description
Invenio is seeking an SAP Basis Associate Consultant with 0-1 year of experience. The role involves mastering advanced SAP Basis skills through a training program, acquiring knowledge of SAP Technical Consultant methods and standards, and continuously updating technical expertise. Responsibilities include practicing and staying updated on training topics, proactively exploring learning for in-depth knowledge, and assisting project teams with solution documentation. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge of cloud technologies, an understanding of Basis programming and SAP customization, and strong business and consulting skills. This position requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on self-development and adherence to project guidelines.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Understands Basis programming
- Understands SAP customization
- Possesses technical knowledge of cloud technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
Good to have:
- Academic exposure to SAP Alliance University program
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodology
- SAP certification (Basis)
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Role – SAP Basis Associate Consultant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree IT with 0-1 year of relevant experience in a related field.
- Preference is given to candidates with academic exposure and experience with an accredited SAP Alliance University program.
- Understands Basis programming and SAP customization.
- Should possess technical knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodology is a plus.
- SAP certification (Basis) preferable.
Responsibilities
- Master advanced SAP Basis skills by completing the training program.
- Acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for an SAP Technical Consultant.
- Practice and update oneself on the topics covered during the training.
- Proactively explore learning to have in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Business Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (optional).
- Understand business processes for focus areas or modules.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
Consulting Skills
- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
- Learn/understand consulting “soft” skills necessary on engagements, as well as with team collaborative initiatives.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage their own time and tasks to meet training milestones.

- Assists the project team efforts in documenting the developing solutions for client situations.
- Assists team effort in preparing and developing solution documentation for projects.
