Job Description
The SAP Basis Associate Consultant role within the invenioLSI Grow program is a fast-tracked training opportunity for individuals with limited SAP experience. Participants will undergo hands-on training, collaborate on projects with experienced teams, receive mentorship from subject matter experts, and participate in regular performance reviews. Responsibilities include mastering advanced SAP Basis skills, acquiring knowledge of SAP technical consulting methods, proactively exploring learning opportunities, and assisting project teams in documenting solutions. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Up to 80% travel may be expected after training.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
- Understanding of Basis programming and SAP customization
- Knowledge of cloud technologies

Good to have:
- Experience with an accredited SAP Alliance University program

Role – SAP Basis Associate Consultant, invenioLSI Grow
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree IT with 0-1 year of relevant experience in a related field.
- Preference is given to candidates with academic exposure and experience with an accredited SAP Alliance University program.
- Understands Basis programming and SAP customization.
- Should possess technical knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodology is a plus.
- SAP certification (Basis) preferable.
Responsibilities
- Master advanced SAP Basis skills by completing the training program.
- Acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for an SAP Technical Consultant.
- Practice and update oneself on the topics covered during the training.
- Proactively explore learning to have in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Business Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (optional).
- Understand business processes for focus areas or modules.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
Consulting Skills
- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
- Learn/understand consulting “soft” skills necessary on engagements, as well as with team collaborative initiatives.
